Jury Research

Market Research Facility-Based Research Projects

Mock jurors will be recruited from the venue in accordance with the demographics that we expect to observe at trial. Demographic quotas are based primarily on census data but are adjusted to reflect recent jury lists and shifts that occur due to differences in show and service rates.

Online-Based Research Projects

With online jury research, attorney presentations are pre-recorded, typically via Zoom. Jurors watch the presentations from their homes and are monitored by our team through their webcams. Any live observers remain unseen. Jurors complete the same feedback questionnaires as they would in person through links that are provided in the chat box. For deliberations, jurors and live observers are split into breakout rooms, and the moderator puts the verdict form on the screen as the jurors deliberate to a verdict.

Jury Research Reporting Options

  1. Oral Strategy Session

In addition to the standard data report, we can communicate your jury research findings and our recommendations

   2. Written Analysis

We provide the same quantitative and qualitative analysis as the Oral Strategy Session, but rather than a presentation and bulleted PowerPoint slides, the findings and recommendations are delivered in a detailed written report.

   3. Juror Profiling Analysis

We conduct a statistical analysis of the juror background questionnaire which identifies the attitudes, experiences, and demographics that distinguished the plaintiff supporters from the defense supporters in your research. This is extremely valuable for use during jury selection and guides the voir dire strategy.
